The Workforce module offers detailed insights into various staff activities within your shop's Admin Portal, such as interactions, task completion, and attendance. The following sections provide an in-depth look at each activity type and how both you and your staff members can utilize these insights to improve productivity and workflow. Note that to record interactions, creating tasks, recording the Staff's Punch in/outs you need to upgrade you plan to Pro or Ultimate.
