Staff Logs

Similar to Admin logs, these logs are recorded when staff members, including the Admin, perform activities within the shop. To activate the logging of these activities, the Admin must ensure that all staff members install a specific Chrome Extension from the webstore. Once installed, these logs provide a detailed analysis of the actions taken, such as identifying which staff member performed the activity and when it occurred. This level of detail ensures that you have complete visibility into the contributions and actions of every individual within your team, making it easier to monitor, track, and manage store operations efficiently.

Logify

Logify is a Shopify app which captures real-time activities and logs from your Shopify store. It records activities related to cart, checkout, order, refund, fulfilment, inventory, product, customers, staff activities and many more.
