Visual Analysis Tools

Resource Logs primarily utilize two visual tools: Heatmaps and Bar Charts.

Heatmap

• Function: Visually represents the frequency of activities occurring on each day over a period (e.g., the year).
• Interpretation: Darker shades on the heatmap indicate a higher volume of actions on that specific day.
• Benefit: Enables you to quickly identify days with peak activity levels, providing insight into seasonal or predictable busy periods.

Bar Chart

• Function: Displays activity trends across different time periods (e.g., hours of the day).
• Interpretation: The height of the bars highlights when your shop experiences the highest and lowest activity levels.
• Benefit: Helps you understand the hourly or daily operational rhythms of your store, assisting with resource allocation and scheduling.
