<h3>Staff Settings and Configuration</h3>
In the staff settings, you can configure the following requirements for staff members during punch-in:

<li>Provide photos.</li>
<li>Provide location data.</li>

Additionally, you have the option to enable manual punch times, allowing staff to enter their own punch-in and punch-out times as needed.
<h3>Viewing Detailed Attendance Flow</h3>
Since staff may punch in and out multiple times a day, you can view a detailed attendance flow by selecting the row of the staff member in question. This provides a clear, configurable view of each team member's attendance patterns and availability.

<h3>Date Filter</h3>
The date filter lets you narrow down attendance details to a specific time period.

<h2>How to Use the Punch In/Out</h2>
For your staff members to Punch In/Out, they&rsquo;ll need to install the Logify Chrome Extension.
Staff can punch in/out through two methods:

<li>Select the &ldquo;Punch In/Out&rdquo; option from the menu.</li>

<h2>Punch-In Requirements and Flexibility</h2>
For a successful punch-in, staff members must provide specific permissions and details as required
<h3>Details Required for Punch-In</h3>
Staff members must provide the following details, depending on Admin configuration:
<ol start="1">
<li>Photo: Staff members must take a photo, which requires enabling the extension&rsquo;s camera permission.</li>
<li>Current Location: Staff must attach their current location (latitude and longitude), which requires enabling location services within the extension.</li>
<li>Notes: Staff have the option to add notes to communicate any specific message to the Admin, which can be viewed in the Admin Portal.</li>
<li>Manual Time: Staff may input a manual punch-in/out time if needed.</li>
</ol>
<h3>Admin Control and Punch-In Logic</h3>
<ul>
<li>Configurability: All requirements, except for Notes, can be enabled or disabled by the Admin for flexibility.</li>
<li>Disabled Requirements: If the Admin has disabled a particular requirement (such as the Photo option), staff may still provide it, but it won&rsquo;t be recorded for the punch.
<ul>
<li>Example: If the Photo option is disabled, the staff can still take a picture, but it will be disregarded during the punch-in process.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Multiple Punches: Staff can perform multiple punch-ins/outs throughout the day, allowing for flexibility in tracking attendance across different shifts or breaks.</li>

The&nbsp;Bird's Eye View is essentially a live simulation of your storefront and admin panel, providing a quick, visual overview of ongoing activities within your store.
<h3>Activation Requirements</h3>
To activate Bird's Eye View, three conditions must be met:
<ol start="1">
<li>All Webhooks Enabled: Enabling all webhooks ensures that every activity occurring in the storefront and admin panel is captured.</li>
<li>Premium Plans: Bird's Eye View is exclusively available to users on Business, Pro, and Ultimate plans.
<ul>
<li>Note: Users on a Basic plan cannot access this feature. However, users in a free trial period can use the feature for up to 7 days.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Required Log Quota: Maintaining an adequate log quota is essential, as each activity displayed consumes log resources.</li>

The simulation highlights the following core activity categories:

<h3>Important Note on Simulation Accuracy</h3>
This simulation is not an exact replica of all activities. It provides a streamlined, visual representation that highlights core events, allowing you to observe essential operations without every minor detail.

The&nbsp;Logs module provides a central view of all significant activities within your store, categorized by their source and type.
<h3>1. Operation Logs (Admin Activities)&nbsp;</h3>

<li>What They Capture: Detailed records of actions performed only by the store's Admin.</li>
<li>Purpose: Provides a deep analysis to track changes, such as comparing modifications during a product update.</li>
<li>Setup: Recording requires specific webhooks to be active. You can disable non-essential webhooks to conserve your log quota.</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Bird's Eye View</h3>
The Bird's Eye View provides a live, visual simulation of your store's most important activities, including product changes, order fulfillment, and customer actions.
Requirements:

<h3>Log Event Originators</h3>
Logs can be generated from a variety of sources:

<li>Storefront Actions: Events initiated directly from the customer-facing storefront.</li>
