Staff Activities Settings
These settings manage the operational procedures and tracking mechanisms for internal staff members.
- Attendance Settings: These govern the requirements for a staff member to successfully record their start and end times.
- Require Photo for Attendance: When enabled, the staff member must take a live photo as part of the clock-in/clock-out process to verify identity.
- Require Location for Attendance: When enabled, the staff member's GPS location must be recorded and validated during the clock-in/clock-out process to verify presence at a designated location.
- Staff Interaction Tracking:
- Track staff interaction in the mobile app: This is an auditing feature. When enabled, the system logs detailed activities performed by the staff member while using the mobile application (e.g., viewing records, editing data, changing statuses).
- Quick Staff Portal:
- Quick Staff Portal [Toggle]: Toggles a simplified, fast-access interface for staff, typically limited to core functions like attendance without the full administrative dashboard access.
