Visitor Tracking Settings
This section manages how the application monitors and identifies potential customers or leads visiting the platform.
- Enable Visitor Tracking: This is the primary switch. It must be turned ON for any visitor monitoring to occur.
- Track potential leads as: This group of settings defines what criteria a casual visitor must meet before the system automatically elevates them to the status of a "Potential Lead."
- Location Radius (km): Sets the proximity (in kilometers) to a target location.
- Time (days): Sets the maximum duration (in days) over which visits are counted.
- Number of visits: Sets the minimum number of visits required within the specified time frame.
- Example: If set to 5 km, 30 days, and 5 visits, any visitor within 5 km who visits the platform 5 times over a month is marked as a lead.
- Visitor Tracking Fields: This lists the specific data points (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone) that the system will actively attempt to collect and store for tracked visitors.
