Logs Settings
This crucial administrative section determines which system events are recorded in the internal audit trail (Operation Logs). Enabling these logs is necessary for security, troubleshooting, and compliance.
- Select logs to track: This section contains a comprehensive list of all system modules and data entities.
- App subscriptions, Carts, Customers, Orders, Payment, Products, etc.
- Function: By checking the box next to any module (e.g., 'Customers'), the system is instructed to create a detailed log entry any time a record within that module is created, modified, or deleted.
- Recommendation: Administrators should enable logging for critical modules (like Orders and Customers) to ensure a complete audit trail exists for transactional data.
