The Live Visitors feature provides a dynamic simulation of visitor activity in your store.

Simulation Layout

The layout of the simulation mirrors the categories and pages you’ve set up. It is organized as follows:

• Multiple Floors: The layout is organized into multiple floors.
• Sections: Each floor contains sections representing specific categories or pages.
• Visitor Movement: Visitors appear as dots that move between sections and floors, creating an interactive overview of user activity.

1. Visitor Dots

Visitor dots are color-coded to indicate user status:

• Red Dot: Indicates a logged-in user.
• Blue Dot: Represents a guest visitor.

Each dot carries essential visitor information, including:

• Session details: IP address, location, and device details.
• The current URL they’re viewing.
• In-Depth Details: By clicking on a dot, you can view these details in-depth.

2. Navigation

You can navigate across floors using a minimap on the right sidebar. This allows easy switching between floors for a comprehensive view of visitor movements.

This interactive simulation helps visualize how visitors explore your store, providing real-time insights into engagement with different sections and categories.
