Overview

The Workforce module within the Logify Admin Portal offers detailed insights into various staff activities. These activities include:

  • Interactions.
  • Task completion.
  • Attendance.

The following sections provide an in-depth look at each activity type and how both you and your staff members can utilize these insights to improve productivity and workflow.

 Important Plan Requirement

To gain access to key features of the Workforce module, you must upgrade your plan:

You need to upgrade your plan to Pro or Ultimate to record the following:

  • Record interactions.
  • Create tasks.
  • Record the Staff's Punch in/outs (attendance).
Logify

Logify is a Shopify app which captures real-time activities and logs from your Shopify store. It records activities related to cart, checkout, order, refund, fulfilment, inventory, product, customers, staff activities and many more.
