Operation Logs
The Staff Attendance feature provides a comprehensive overview of each staff member’s punch-in and punch-out details.
Summary Metrics
The dashboard displays real-time key metrics, including:
- The current number of punched-in staff.
- A list of those currently available.
- The last punch-in and last punch-out times.

Attendance Table Details
The table provides a clear view of attendance records, including:
- Staff name.
- The first and last punch-in times for the day.
- IP address.
- Punch status.
- Staff photo.
- Location.
Staff Settings and Configuration
In the staff settings, you can configure the following requirements for staff members during punch-in:
- Provide IP addresses.
- Provide photos.
- Provide location data.
Additionally, you have the option to enable manual punch times, allowing staff to enter their own punch-in and punch-out times as needed.
Viewing Detailed Attendance Flow
Since staff may punch in and out multiple times a day, you can view a detailed attendance flow by selecting the row of the staff member in question. This provides a clear, configurable view of each team member's attendance patterns and availability.

Date Filter
The date filter lets you narrow down attendance details to a specific time period.
- Maximum Range: The maximum time range you can select is 7 days.
How to Use the Punch In/Out
For your staff members to Punch In/Out, they’ll need to install the Logify Chrome Extension.
Staff can punch in/out through two methods:
Method 1: Chrome Extension
- Staff can punch in/out via the extension.

Method 2: Admin Portal
- Staff can punch in/out directly from the Admin Portal. To do this:
- Locate the Logify button in the navbar.
- Select the “Punch In/Out” option from the menu.
Punch-In Requirements and Flexibility
For a successful punch-in, staff members must provide specific permissions and details as required
Details Required for Punch-In
Staff members must provide the following details, depending on Admin configuration:
- Photo: Staff members must take a photo, which requires enabling the extension’s camera permission.
- Current Location: Staff must attach their current location (latitude and longitude), which requires enabling location services within the extension.
- Notes: Staff have the option to add notes to communicate any specific message to the Admin, which can be viewed in the Admin Portal.
- Manual Time: Staff may input a manual punch-in/out time if needed.
Admin Control and Punch-In Logic
- Configurability: All requirements, except for Notes, can be enabled or disabled by the Admin for flexibility.
- Disabled Requirements: If the Admin has disabled a particular requirement (such as the Photo option), staff may still provide it, but it won’t be recorded for the punch.
- Example: If the Photo option is disabled, the staff can still take a picture, but it will be disregarded during the punch-in process.
- Multiple Punches: Staff can perform multiple punch-ins/outs throughout the day, allowing for flexibility in tracking attendance across different shifts or breaks.
